Q. How do I purchase online?
1. Browse the products. Click “Add to cart” button on the products (and select Size, if any) you wish to purchase.
2. In the shopping cart, you may click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to pay for the products in the cart.
3. You'll reach a login page where you need to login your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you can proceed to make your payment.
4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next” button.
5. From here, you need to select your shipping method and click “Next” button.
6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “Next” button.
7. You will need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
At this moment, all payment will be processed via Paypal which will accept the following credit/debit cards:
· American Express or
· Paypal Funds
Q. How is shipping done and when can I receive my items?
1. All orders will be arranged by courier service to your door-step.
2. Delivery charges, in general, be included in the order based on weight. The weight of each item is displayed in the Product Catalogue.
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Login your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on “Lost Password?” and enter your email (that was used to register your account) into the box.
2. Click Submit.
3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes but only if the order is still on PENDING status.
Otherwise, please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel Merchandise order” in order to inform us about your intention to cancel your order.
However, orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
